The Challenge

The real estate company had disconnected workflows — agents used WhatsApp to share listings, property visits were logged in notebooks, and purchase offer documents were created manually in Word. There was no central system connecting agents, staff, listings, and clients.

Our Solution

We built a React.js web platform and React Native mobile apps sharing a common Node.js/Express backend with SQL Server. The agent app handles listing management and promotion, the internal app tracks visits with photo evidence and notes, the marketplace displays listings with search and filters, and the document module auto-generates offer paperwork from templates. All deployed on AWS with Terraform.
