The Challenge

Traditional insurance sales training takes weeks of classroom time, costs thousands per agent, and is impossible to scale. Onboarding 50 new agents with consistent quality required trainers, peer practice, and weeks of ramp-up before agents could take their first real call — burning budget and stalling revenue.

Our Solution

We built a Next.js web app that pairs OpenAI's Realtime API with a scenario engine and an evaluation pipeline. Managers define customer profiles, objections, and scoring rubrics in an admin panel. Agents practice live voice conversations in any browser (no install, just a mic), and after each session the AI analyzes the full transcript and returns a 0–100 score per rubric criterion with specific feedback. A reporting layer surfaces team trends so managers can target coaching where it matters.
