The Challenge

Cross-border e-commerce shipping is fragmented: every region has its own carriers, every carrier has its own API, and shippers juggle multiple integrations just to get a parcel from A to B. The result is high cost, slow transit, and zero visibility for sellers and shoppers — with no single platform that could promise a delivery date and actually keep it.

Our Solution

We designed and built the full platform from the ground up — the back-office for modeling logistics networks, the optimization engine that picks the cheapest or fastest route across multi-leg shipments, the shipment dashboard, the rate-shopping module, and the API layer that abstracts every carrier integration behind one clean interface. The system models proprietary and third-party networks, automates ship-method selection, and exposes consolidated tracking across every carrier in the network.
