The Challenge

The agency managed dozens of concurrent dubbing projects using spreadsheets, email threads, and shared drives. File versions got confused, deadlines were missed because no one had visibility into project status, and onboarding new linguists meant hours of manual coordination.

Our Solution

We built a web application using Elixir/Phoenix with HTMX for real-time interactive UI without heavy JavaScript. The system manages project intake, linguist assignment and availability, file versioning, revision tracking, and delivery workflows — all with role-based access for project managers, linguists, and clients.
