Tippicos

The Challenge

Restaurants ordered produce via phone calls and WhatsApp messages, leading to miscommunication on quantities, missed orders, and no visibility into delivery timing. Tippicos had no systematic inventory tracking, making it difficult to manage stock and fulfill orders reliably.

Our Solution

We built a React Native app with a Node.js/Express backend. Restaurant clients get a product catalog with real-time availability, a cart/ordering system, and delivery tracking. The Tippicos operations team gets inventory management, order queue management, and delivery status updates. Push notifications keep both sides informed throughout the order lifecycle.
