The Challenge

Small restaurant owners in Mexico were stuck between expensive enterprise POS systems they couldn't afford and paper-based ordering that was error-prone and slow. They also wanted to offer digital menus post-COVID but couldn't justify the cost of separate menu and POS platforms.

Our Solution

We built a Next.js web application that serves as both POS terminal and customer-facing QR menu. Restaurant owners manage their menu items, prices, and categories through an admin panel. Customers scan a QR code at their table to view the menu and place orders, which appear instantly on the kitchen display. The POS handles payment processing and end-of-day reporting.
